No a company cannot take two TIN no. in one state..If there is some modification or addition in the nature of business being carried that can be intimated to the dept and the registration certificate with that particular state will stand amended accordingly. A company needs seperate TIN no. for seperate states..i.e, a new TIN no. for every state.
