if a building is constructed by a contractor & bill is raised as per labour rates i.e. the contractor is only providing his labour & the material like bricks, cement etc is provided by the contractee.. then does the contractee require to deduct WCT on pay

17-May-2011 , 01:38:33 amRajat..........contractee is only required to deduct WCT when the contract is of both material & labour.....Moreover u have to consider ur local state VAT laws for the minimum amount of contract on which WTC is to be deducted.
