can any one tell me if I'll having more than 2 branches then whether I'll required to take seperate TIN no. for each branch.

As mentioned in the comments below, having more than one branch within same state does not require seperate TIN no.s , One TIN no. will go for n no. of branches within the same state. But u should give information about all ur branches within that state to the concerned VAT dept ( i.e,u should go for branch addition in ur TIN no. ), in the absence of which u could fall in trouble. And if u have a branch in a different state then u would have to apply for a seperate TIN no. of that particular state.
