can anyone tell me that, whether sales tax/ vat is applicable on the purchase of paper by news paper company

Hi, I am not sure about the levy of VAT on Paper, as asked by you though what i know is, "Sale of Newspaper is exempt from sales tax, so in either case no VAT input will not be available"
