Please Help: tds deducted on vat amount or not

1) if vat amt.include in purchase than not requirement for tds. 2) i don't understanding which type of tr.include vat you are asking.because where vat involve than it related purchase and sales. 3) if special type of tr.you give a contract for supply for any type of goods and include vat than tds is applicable total bill amt. include vat. thank you, 09910652297
