SELF MANAGEMENT: POSITIVE THINKING
There is no greater joy than a healthy and positive life. You feel excited, energetic, happy, and on the top of the world. The future looks bright. You feel good to be alive.
Great, but how do we get out of our worries, tensions, and fears that bother you? Simple..!! Tell yourself that you are good, healthy and capable. Positive thinking is a powerful tool for self management which means it is helping for changing your inner self into a positive person.
You can have the right kind of food by saying: I eat healthy food to keep myself fit and strong. Every day, you can develop the habit of exercising your body and mind by saying “I can easily get up early in the morning everyday to exercise and fit and cheerful.
A Positive mind makes a person positive, confident and motivated.
· Keep your thoughts positive
· Thought become your words
· Keep your words positive
· Your words become your behavior
· Keep your behaviour positive
· Behaviour become your habits
· Keep your habit positive
· Habit become your values
· Keep your values positive
· Value become your destiny
By saying it is easy to say “I can keep myself positive” but in reality it is not like that. But it is not a mean that it is impossible to keep ourself positive for that we have to just put our thought and practice in such a way-:
· Try to be optimistic about the future
· Try to be aware of your negative thoughts and replace them with a positive ideas.
· Focus on your positive experiences
· Make weekly lists of your positive accomplishments.
· Get socially active-meet friends and relatives
· Find a hobby
· Daily exercise
· Use self relaxation techniques whenever you feel tense. For example, slowly breathe in and out for several minutes until your whole body feels relaxed.
· Keep active by doing some volunteer work
· Learn to accept that everyone has a different abilities and focus on your unique and positive accomplishments
· Try to know and develop your strengths.
