There may be many instances of notices u/s 234 E of It Act served on many branches. High Court of Mumbai has also upheld the validity of Sec 234 E. How we are supposed to get this information from branches. Many of the branches are not disclosing the receipt of those notices.

Our Firm has not received mail from any bank till now for statutory audit. We are in cooling period since last 3 years. Can we get any allotment now or is the allotment process over for all the banks? Please reply

@Jalpa Shah If you haven't received any mail till now, then unfortunately you are not getting any Branch Audit this year too.
