22-Mar-2015 , 12:38:12 pmThere may be many instances of notices u/s 234 E of It Act served on many branches. High Court of Mumbai has also upheld the validity of Sec 234 E. How we are supposed to get this information from branches. Many of the branches are not disclosing the receipt of those notices.
