Chances for New SBA is almost gone. BOI and PNB will directly sent the allotment letters of the branch to their existing auditor and they have no procedure for getting consent from existing auditors.

We have not received any Bank Branch Audit after 2012. In 2014 received appointment letter by mail but skipped the mail and hence not received in that year and thereafter no any bank branch audit allotment to us in year, 2015 and 2016. No information received for this year till yet. Any suggestion??

Our Firm is category II and listed in RBI panel, now we are in the panel after two years of cooling period. So far no audits are allotted to us. What could be the reason. Any idea.

Bank branch statutory audit was last done in the year 2010-2011, since then not allotted any assignment till 2015-2016, cooling / rested 5years ( 2011-12.2012-13,2013-14,2014-15,2015-2016 ) and also for the year 2016-2017 . Then what is the necessity to Prepare a panel by ICAI ? Allotments are based on the mercy of Banks , Central leaders are giving huge lectures what they did with RBI and Banks

I am in active profession since 1971, what is my experience for allotment of Bank branch audit since past several years , Panel are maintaining by ICAI with huge thumping chest what central leaders are doing for the Profession . Don't trust them , They are giving lectures in the seminars of Bank audit they hold talks with RBI, Fin Min ,may be true but silently telling go to banks heads for Audit ,

What our members feel, why new SBA vacancies are very less apart of the fact that 25% of the last year auditors must have retired and taking into account only routine business growth branches under audit must be same if not increased. Lets create a Whats app group for bank branch audit & concurrent audit.

Dear All Sirs we are also new auditor but no intimation from any bank. we should represent all india ca's to PM or RBI else we should forget the SBA. I Totaly Agree with Ca. Anand sir
