Is ICAI and its elected members aware of such University?
Is UGC aware of such University? And approved such courses? as universities in India are only approved by UGC.
How can any other Institute/University offer CA Degree other then ICAI?
Would ICAI like to take any action against such University?

21-May-2015 , 10:23:48 amPlz don't mind but it's true that member and icai was really sleeping. ..some private institute are also running this type of courses and in their Advertisement they are claiming that in their six months courses it will become the student better than a CA. IT'S VERY HURTFUL THAT AFTER READ THE ADVERTISEMENT THERE IS NO QUESTION FROM THAT PRIVATE INSTITUTE.

But they cannot be every where we as members also have duty to let the council & institute know such incidence if we come across such incidence.

21-May-2015 , 12:35:45 pmcan a person make the attestation function after qualifying from the university ? the attestation function can be done only by a person qualifying from ICAI , setup by the act of parliament . however , we any of us can write institute / UGC for such type of course which is misguiding to the students CA .
