How our indian Police system works. What happened to a CA in Faridabad. How badly this Chartered Accountant was beaten up without any reason?. This is our turn to Raise the Voice and Stand with our own. Jago CA Jago, This is the time to be Unite.

Statement of CA.Abhishek Aggarwal,

Sir I went to sainik colony around 3.30 pm with my 2 employees. They were on bike & I was in my car. Two police man stop the bike & asking for paper but on bike the number was not there so they made the challan then suddenly one police man gone away on his own bike without helmet I told police man that he has also not having helmet & you are not making his challan. I took a photo of him. Then the police man snatch my phone, took the bike & gone to police chowki.I also gone to chowki & without asking anything they started beating me like anything from their hands & legs. I was totally shocked. They treated my like I am a criminal

I request you to please take further action against the physical asoult happend with me without any reason.

If this type of unfortunate event would have happened with any lawyer, lawyer community would have also beaten up these uncivilised policemen and definitely demanded their suspension. We CAs should unite and local ICAI branch of Faridabad should take up the matter with higher authorities. Also please take up the matter with Court with evidences so that a tough lesson should be taught to thes

Dear all professional coleagues, it is time to unite and fight for our rights. We should give strong message to the administrators and to the Govt not to harrash not only Chartered Accountants but to any of the civilian vithout any cause. We should campatin aginst such activities and see that the culprit should not be left out

Every Govt Employee is a representative of President of India. Treating in this manner to a CA without any reason and physical assualt is not at all acceptable.This act has not only insulted CA fraternity but also embrassed the image of public servants. It is disrespect of Hon'President of India. This matter should be given top priority and be escalated to further level.
