Statement of CA.Abhishek Aggarwal,
Sir I went to sainik colony around 3.30 pm with my 2 employees. They were on bike & I was in my car. Two police man stop the bike & asking for paper but on bike the number was not there so they made the challan then suddenly one police man gone away on his own bike without helmet I told police man that he has also not having helmet & you are not making his challan. I took a photo of him. Then the police man snatch my phone, took the bike & gone to police chowki.I also gone to chowki & without asking anything they started beating me like anything from their hands & legs. I was totally shocked. They treated my like I am a criminal
I request you to please take further action against the physical asoult happend with me without any reason.

We CAs should unite and local ICAI branch of Faridabad should take up the matter with higher authorities. Also please take up the matter with Court with evidences so that a tough lesson should be taught to thes
