LLP Registry is Now Merged with MCA-21 and Decentralization of LLP Approval to Various ROCs
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has achieved a new milestone by integrating e-Governance project for Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the platform of MCA21. This initiative has been taken on the advice of Union Corporate Affairs Minster Dr. M.Veerappa Moily.
This will result in provision of all state of the art services like credit card payment, online banking from six banks, payment though NEFT from any bank and host of other services. The integrated portal is another step towards achieving MCA vision i.e.“FACILITATING CORPORATE GROWTH WITH ENLIGHTENED REGULATION”.
Accordingly instructions have been given to notify this decision to the stakeholders that from 11-06-2012 all LLP forms except Forms to be filed by Foreign LLP shall be processed and approved by respective Registrar of Companies (ROCs) of concerned state. The forms to be filed by foreign LLPs shall be processed and approved by the ROC, Delhi & Haryana.
In addition, it has also been decided to inform the Stakeholders that user’s guide /information and Instruction kit of all LLP forms for filing w.e.f 11-06-2012 is being made available at Ministry’s website http:/www.mca.gov.in . The users are requested to follow the user’s guide and Instruction Kit before filing LLP forms in order to avoid any inconvenience. In case of any problem in filing the LLP forms, the users may take assistance of MCA-21 helpdesk.
It may be noted that the Ministry of Corporate affairs is providing all the services related to companies in corporation and various filings through its state-of –the- art online portal MCA21. MCA21 provides world class online experience with, almost all the services available on the click. The portal is first to achieve 100% electric filing and provide e-stamps services for company registration for all the states and Union Territories of the country.
