MCA not extended Date of GNL-2 for filling of ADT-1
Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2014 has now been extended till 15 Nov.2014 vide circular no. 40/2014 dated 15th october 2014.
There is heavy congestion on MCA site as it has capacity of routine pressure and not peak filing and due to which filing system of MCA failed and MCA has extended the due date of CLSS but what about GNL-2 for filling of ADT-1 for which last date was same 15th October for AGM held on 30th September for most of the Company and public has no option to file the same if MCA Website in not working properly that means MCA will gain for its inefficiency
ICAI & ICSI should represent before MCA & request them to also extend the date of GNL-2 for filling of ADT-1.
