Out of the 156 posts sanctioned for the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and 41 posts sanctioned for Director General, CCI, 77 and 25 posts, respectively, are lying vacant.
Till date, CCI has decided 102 cases, out of total number of 194 cases/information received by it under various sections of the Competition Act, 2002.
