Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora has appealed to voters to come out in large numbers to cast their votes in today's polling so that the bedrock of democracy becomes even more strengthened  and robust. 

Talking to AIR News, Mr Arora said, the Commission's vision will take a practical shape if each voters, especially the first time voters show adequate zeal and faith in the democratic system.
