ICAI Needs to take strong action against such CA's who flaunt guidelines regardimg TAX Audit/Company Statutory Audit. It impacts new members in practice as they look for work and there are others who corner all the work and degrade quality and profession.
The ICAI must take strict action against the greedy members who have done such act at the cost of other members. Their COP must be withdrawn by ICAI with immediate effect.
Immediately remove from Membership of these members.Also take a record all who has crossed more than the limit specified.Remove all the members who has crossed the limit specified as a immediate action to save ICAI Value as well as to protect the interest of 2,25,000 members future. and 850000 students of CA course.
