IBBI Suspends the Registration of Registered Valuer for a period of six months
PrintThis Order disposes the Show Cause Notice (SCN) No. RV-13012/1/2022-IBBI/284/4234, dated 04.11.2022 issued to Mr. Sandeep Kumar Agarwal under rule 17 read with 15 of Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017 (Valuation Rules). The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI/Board) has been delegated authority by the Central Government to perform the functions of the Authority under the Valuation Rules. Mr. Sandeep Kumar Agarwal is registered with IBBI as a valuer of Securities or Financial Assets (SFA), with the registration number IBBI/RV/06/2019/10705 on 29.01.2019.
