A Notable Argument. But let them learn CA and qualify and then they can do whatever they like. But without the knowledge of Accountancy,Taxation,Corporate Affairs etc how it is possible to report and certify upon Tax audit report or anything else....

Well, one can think freely and express freely without base. Have ever they gone through form 3cd. it requires expert accounting knowledge blending with income tax knowledge to fill up properly. Try to become a Chartered Accountant or think logically.

It required expertise knowledge in not only in Taxation and also in accountancy,finance and corporate affairs. mere knowledge in taxation doesn't serve any purpose.

If the Advocates or Bar Council of India /Govt permits the Chartered Accountants / ACS/ CMS to appear before High Courts and Supreme courts as Authorised person. (Without holding Law Degree) for the matters of Business Laws(Income Tax, Service Tax, Customs, Excise), then we are also OK for this.

Lawyers thinking that they are only the person having interpretation skills, please learned lawyers Beggars having better interpretation skills than you, why should not allow they , argue before the courts as authorized persons.
