Murder of CA Anand Agarwal - Will ICAI take appropriate Action?

CA Anand Agarwal, Age 26 ,who was posted in Assam for in service with Eastern Coal field ltd.
He was found dead in his room on 04.04.2014. He was poisoned through Dinner. A news paper circulated this sad news.
Police is not taking any substantial action due to possible involvement of Coal mafias and other officers...
Matter which has been raised before the ICAI by Our Professional Colleagues...
1) Our Member has been murdered & police is not taking any action.
2) Such events had also happened in past & reported in newspapers.
3) Why does ICAI not react on these events & take up the matter with proper authority?
4) Why do we keep silence on these events?
5) If ICAI demands proper inquiry in these situation , than situation may change.

14-Apr-2014 , 11:57:51 amIts utter nonsense from the part of Police officers who are posted there... & also from the part Of Our institute chairperson. In My opinion he should ask for the Proper judicial inquiry from the commissioner incharge of Assam.
