Opening of Certified Registration Centre for Facilitating Student Services - ICAI
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has introduced a scheme for opening of Certified Registration Centre at the office of chartered accountants firms/practicing members in order to provide online registration facility in CPT course.
Certified Registration Centre will provide, free of cost, assistance to the candidates in CPT registration by verifying the eligibility requirement, relevant particulars & documents as per the prescribed checklist as well as uploading the particulars in online CPT application form and making online payment of fee through payment gateway as well. On successful uploading of the particulars and online payment, an acknowledgement number will be auto generated for reference. Thereafter, print out of the online CPT application form affixing the photograph of the candidate along with the duly certified hard copies of the supporting documents need to be sent to the concerned Regional Office of the Institute. The eligible candidates will be granted registration in CPT course provided all papers are received within the prescribed time and found complete in all respect.
Candidates may also have a choice to apply online in the above manner through Internet Café.
Interested Chartered accountants firms/practicing members may voluntarily participate in the scheme by sending their particulars in the prescribed performa to the concerned regional office to enroll as Certified Registration Centre.
