Appeal to all Members to Support the Writ filed in the Delhi High Court regarding TAR / ITR

In a very favourable development, Hon’ble Delhi High Court has accepted the Writ petitions filled against the CBDT in the matter if extension of tax audit report for A Y 2013-14. Allthough everybody is getting mails and SMS from separate individuals who are claiming it that this is their own petition. But this is not an issue as this is a step in the best interest of the profession. Although if there is an common platform on which these individuals are together we don’t see any harm in sharing this details to all members.

We at CASANSAAR.COM  always try to raise matter of professional interests as per feedback received from all our members. This time we request to all members to share all their difficulties they have faced while filling the tax audit report on or before 30^thSeptember 2013, how many tax audit reports get delayed and filled after 12.00 of 30^th September 2013 along with available documents, screenshots etc to support the arguments and reasoning of this writ petition admitted by Hon’ble High Court. Lets understand that perhaps this is the last chance for us to fight out the injustice being done with our profession.

Same time we requests to all other NGOs and forums of other council members (may be they are not part of this movement) to spread and support this movement and keep apart their political interests for professional interests. We expect a full support to this movement from all over the country.
