Delhi HC Adjourned the TAR Deferment Case tomorrow for Final Hearing
PrintTax Audit Deferment case with Delhi High Court.
Delhi High Court asked the CBDT for revenue losses in case ITR date extended. CBDT lawyer not able to answer. He wants time to file the counter affidavit.
Court also asked why the Forms for Tax Audit was not available on 1st April.
Court Adjourned the case tomorrow for final hearing.
As per our observation, Date will be extended.
