Password reset problem at income tax efiling website

Please note that wef 06/08/2013 you will not be able to change income tax user id password since now department will send reset password only to the registered email id.
That implies in order to change the password client has to visit his previous CA or Advocate . That change of method can create huge problems in Sep. for professionals.
