The Business & professional community of the country has reposed unprecedented confidence in your esteemed leadership. While your initiative of doing business in India is remarkable one, the flip side of the same is being ignored completely.
The business community is facing serious problems in trivial, small and insignificant issues. For the last couple of years the tax compliances have become a nightmare. The departments are not completing their work in time and the delays are passed on to the business community forcing them to pay penalty.
One Common issue is with the department of Income tax. The department is unable to provide the tax forms & filing utility well in time i.e. before March but business community is forced to file their return on the due date or on marginally extended date.
Our important submission is if the government having such a big infrastructure cannot do exercise in time, how a medium & small entrepreneur can comply with the plethora of time lines in compliance management. A small entrepreneur has to do business, marketing, finance, taxation, compliance etc. which perpetuates the corpus of GDP.

16-Sep-2015 , 10:13:22 amExceeelnt. There must be mechanism on time line to avoid litigations / agitations. Delay beyond 15th april shall automatically extend the time by equal no. days for all calss of tax payers. Why dept took extensive time for so called not extensive changes?
