RBI will be issuing Rs 2000 currency notes in India
The nation India is all ready to add up one more currency note to its currencies very soon, and the reports are very soon coming out with more details. As per the reports, the Reserve Bank of India, RBI is planning up to issue the RS 2000 currency note, and this is the highest to come regarding the currency notes.
There are strong beliefs by some experts that the high-value denominations should be stopped from using to curb the bank money and this can further avoid any problems in future. If the sources are said to believe, the printing process of these notes has been completed at the Mysuru currency printing facility and re at the verge of dispatching. However, there is no development seen coming from either the Indian government or the Central Bank.
The entire currency notes/coins are printed/minted by the government of India and functions under the advice of the RBI and the whole company co-ordinates with the government and design and print notes under the security measures. The issue of the RS 2000 note can in a way get easy and as per the 2014-2015 RBI statists, the two top most currency notes RS 500 and RS 1000 accounted for about 86 % of the new currency notes nd the incident of the cash transactions at high volume will get easy and inductive.
However, the highest denomination note printed by the government of India under the advice of the RBI was Rs 10,000 note which was printed in the year 1938 and then again in 1954 and later on also but the note is not issued now. The currency note was made of cotton and cotton rag and the coins are minted in India at four different destinations located t Mumbai, Noida, Kolkata, and Hyderabad. All the operations are managed by the RBI, and the RBI has 19 issue offices located at different parts of India. The offices are spread in various parts of the country ns these offices further receives the fresh bank notes in series wise from the banknote printing press. #casansaar
