Date for Receipt of Applications for Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship Schemes Extended by the Ministry of Minority Affairs

The Ministry of Minority Affairs has extended the last date for receipt of applications from students by States / UTs for fresh cases of Pre-matric and Post-matric Scholarship Schemes up to 31st August, 2011.
As per the time-line for Pre-matric and Post-matric Scholarship Schemes 2011-12 issued earlier to all the States / UTs, the last date for receipt of applications for fresh cases from students by States / UTs was 15th August. The Ministry had already extended the time line for renewal cases up to 31th December, 2011.
Consequently, it has also been decided to extend the date for submission of scholarships requirement proposal by the States/UTs to the Ministry up to 30th September, 2011(in place of 15th Sept.).
