Is AS20 applicable to all companies or only listed ones??

As per Revised Schedule VI it applicable for all companies.

yes , AS 20 IS APPLICABLE FOR ALL LISTED & NON -LISTED CO.

30-Dec-2013 , 11:19:00 amAs 20 applicable on lised companies, But Schedule-VI of Companies act appliable on all companies and due this EPS should be reported by every co.which is calculated by as per AS-20. hence, we can say AS-20 applicable also on non listed companies. for any clarification you can refer to Guidance Note issued by ICAI in this regard.
