Q. > Please Help: Sign the Balance Sheet at individual name
I have to sign the statutory reports of the company. I have not applied for the firm name yet. Please tell me can i sign the balance sheet at an individual name and how it should be presented in the balance sheet.
How i fulfill the criteria to quote FRN on the balance sheet?

Yes u can sign at Individual capacity with Membership number
