A Pvt. Ltd. company incorporated in F/Y 2010-11 has not appointed any auditor & never done any annual filling with ROC. What will be consequence of the same to the company. What are the annual filing fee charges & penalty for the same if the company wants to file it in today.

23-Mar-2013 , 03:58:16 pmIn my view. The forms which you would be filing with the ROC would be belated filing. You can log on to MCA website and click on the TAB "Calculate fee", from which you would be able to assess how much of additional fees you would have to bear.
