what is the procedure required to be followed by the statutory auditor, if he resign from the pvt. ltd. company.

If a statutory auditor resigns from a pvt.ltd. company, there arises a casual vacancy which requires the holding of extra ordinary general meeting in which a new auditor is appointed.
