What are the procedures for correcting the defualt in name of firm in registration of trademark??.............please some one hepl me out..

14-Jan-2012 , 01:53:26 pmi think u should have to apply for the rectification of the registration of trade mark by submitting the attested copy of partnership deed to the registrar of trademark. hopefully it will help u.
