Q. > Please Help: Issues of shares of a pvt. ltd. company as per companies act 2013
Dear all,
My client has 2 companies M/s XYZ Pvt. Ltd. and M/s ABC Ltd.
XYZ owes Rs. 2.00 Crores to ABC. Now the client has decided to issue shares of XYZ to ABC to complete the transaction as XYZ does not have fubds.
Now my query is whether the shares can be issued to complete the above transaction??? if yes, what is the procedure for the same and if not, then what can be alternative course of action for the same.
