Hi, Pl Advise In case of Lease Deed weather Lessor (Owner of Property) can appoint the authorised Signatory for registration of lease deed. Lessor is an Individual Person

Yes, he can authorize any person on his behalf as authorized signatory for registration of lease deed by Power of attorney and in case owner a company than board resolution is also required to be passed to authorize him.
