I HAVE FILED FORM 5 OF SECTION 25 COMPANY FOR INCREASE IN AUTHORISED CAPITAL WITH THE OPTION ' INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL INDEPENDENTLY BY COMPANY' BUT I GOT MCA QUERY WITH REMARK RESUBMIT EF-5 WITH OPTION ' INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL WITH CENTRAL GOVT. ORDER. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT COURSE OF ACTION I SHOULD TAKE IN THIS REGARD. PLS. TELL ME THE PROCEDURE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
