Q. > Please Help: CENVAT credit
My company sold finished goods to customer who is not registered with excise deptt. after 3 month he rejected our material.
My Question:
Weather we can reverse CENVAT?
Facts: 1) 100% material rejected.
2) Meaterial not Return.(Destroyed by costomer)
3) Debit not issued by Customer. (100% reverse entry)
