Q. > Please Help: GST - Composite Supply
Hello Friends - A Composite Supply of Product (value Rs. 80) and Service (value Rs. 20) is being sold at Rs. 100. There are 5 components in a Product being sold (highest value & Principal Component being of Rs. 45 and GST being 28%). Should 28% GST Rate of highest value & Principal Component be considered as the GST Rate for the Composite Supply, or should the GST Rate of the Main Product (valued Rs. 80) be found out and it will be considered as the GST Rate for the Composite Supply? Quick clarification will really help. Thanks!!
