If a registered dealer pays rent of Rs. 15000 to a unregistered dealer is he liable to pay CGST and SGST under RCM even though his aggregate purchase/expense from unregistered dealer does not exceed Rs 18,00,000 in a year (Reference to notification of Rs. 5,000 per day exemption under GST).

03-Aug-2017 , 10:57:58 pmKindly consider only outward supply of unregistered dealer under GST ACT, 2017 and not Inward supply (i.e. Purchases). so, please first give detail of amount of outward supply of that payer of rent.
