Q. > Please Help: PF & ESI registeration
Whether anybody knows about the registration process for P.F and E.S.I in Delhi for a entity.

Procedure of PF Registration : 1. Fill pf registration form 2. make an application on letter head of assessee seeking registration that u have applied for registration and its date, this application should have signature and stamp of the assesee ( Authorised signatory stamp ) 3. u should have list of at least 20 employees with their fathers name, date of birth, designation address. 4. photographs of all the employees are required. 5. ID and address proof of the assessee seeking registration is required, if its a proprietorship firm than id and address proof of proprietor or if company then of every director or if partner ship firm then every partner. 6. papers of constitution of assessee is required i.e.,partnership deed, certificate of incorporation etc. 7. address proof of premises to be registered is required. 8. Copy of work order is required 9. copy of bank statement of current account or cancelled cheque is required 9. All these documents should be self attested by the assessee. 10. 4 Blank letter heads of assessee signed and stamped by assessee are also required.11 Draft in the name of RPFC delhi has to be made of around Rs. 10000/-. These documents have to be submitted to the PF department then after verification of these documents and survey of premises registration under pf act is granted.
Same documents are required in case of ESI also, in ESI 6 months advance ESI has to be paid at the time of registration of which draft is made in the name of ESIC A/C no. 01 which works out to near about Rs. 30-35000/-. In ESI family pic of workers is also required. THese documents have to be submited to the department then after inspection and survey registration is granted.
