If 26AS shows TDS Rs-20000 bt we claimed Rs-19000 and we did not book income on which diffirence i.e. TDS Rs 1000 deducted. now is it compulsory to revise return?

14-Oct-2012 , 09:05:06 pmYes you have to file revise return and you have to book full amount of income as shown in the 26AS on TDS was Deducted. Otherwise it will directly come under scrutiny.
