Q. > Please Help: TDS on Arbitration fee.
Wether TDS sould be done in payment to Arbitrator.
Please give reference of case laws or circulars if any.

Dear Sir, TDS should not be deducted in payment to arbitrator as arbitration is the term excluded from Section 194J of Income Tax Act, 1961.......
