Q. > Please Help: Service Tax Under Reverse Charge Mechanism
Service provided by individual advocate to business entity only Rs.40000/-, the business entity is liable to pay service tax under reverse mechanism if turnover of business entity not exceed Rs. 10 Lakh in previous year.

yes, it comes under the reverse charge mechanism.
