A service provider has provided the service of construction of warehousing godowns to Haryana Warehousing Corporation from F.Y. 2008-09 to 2012-13. Is this service of construction liable to Service tax? If yes, then at what Rate?

07-May-2015 , 10:25:41 amif the purpose of Haryana Warehousing corporation is of Non Commercial Purpose, i.e. for the benefit of the public at large than you are not liable for service tax, Else tax would be levid If material is also used along with labor work abatement of 67% will be available, else full value will be taxable at 12.36/10.30 whichever is applicable.
