Q. > Please Help: Sub Stock Broker Services
I have registered with Service Tax Department under providing stock broker service providing since october,2010 due to misguided by someone, but in actual i am not liable to pay service tax because my turnover of providing service is below 10 lakhs, now notice coming for non filing of online ST-3 and for that i filed nil ST-3 up to March, 2012, so i am confused about now if i surrender my service tax no. or continue it, because sub stock broker service are excluding from definition of Stock broker service as per notification no. 31/2009 ST
