Guidance note is raod map foraudit or is there any statutory compliance on this.I have seen if C A firm has not followed the Direct Communication method ofbalance confirmation with debtors and after a gap a blunder of balance of debtor is noticed any action is taken by the institute or by any other body. Advise accordinlgy.

06-Feb-2020 , 10:20:22 amyou should check the debtor with the aging and also ask for some conformation of few debtors from the entity. Just to check your risk and make your judgement accordingly.
