Please Help: auditor disqulification

whether a firm of chartered accountant will be disqualified if partener have an supply of good(as supplier) agreement with company and firm has appointed as auditor of that company. if the firm is disqualified then in which para of disqulification specified in section 226 co.act 1956 it will fall.
