upto which date a CA have to file the Audit report online let say he signs audit report on 15th june whether he has to file report upto 15th june or he can file the same upto 30th september i.e. the last date of filing of return

Dear Sanjay, there is no date specify for filling audit report but date specify for filling annual account , it is within 30days from the latest date when AGM ought to have been held in accordance with the provision of the Act.

CA have to file tax audit report within the due date of filling of return

12-Jul-2013 , 08:45:48 pma ca is required to e-file audit report till 30 sep at max, otherwise penalty will be imposed. In my opinion there is no such guidance note that date of signing audit report is last day to efile the same too.
