An assessee under audit is paying interest on loans and received form 15G/H for non deduction of tax. He has submitted all forms received online on efiling portal. No tax has been deducted and deposited at all.
My question is:
Whether he is required to file 26q compulsorily.
Whether we have to report such transaction is point no. 34(a) and (b) of form 3CD.
