Kindly confirm whether a registered person can pay the liability regarding wrong ITC claimed during FY 2017-18 via Form DRC-03 using ITC available in electronic credit ledger (not using cash Balance)

09-Jan-2020 , 08:21:52 am1) Any amount of ITC wrongly claimed can be paid through DRC-03 only 2) While filing DRC-03, Portal does not allow to pay liability using Credit ledgers and it needs to be paid through cash ledger only.
