i am newly ca in practice. i received a aasingment for pvt campany audit and income tax audit, am i done borh, whose permission letter required for this audit

Yes, You Can Accept both the assignments. And, you are required to obtain an Engagement letter from the Co. & NOC from Previous Auditor.

No permission required just give a confirmation letter to previous auditor and file 23B to ROC.

if you are not an first Auditor then you need to take permission of previos auditore as per professional ethics issued by ICAI. and appointment letter from Company.
