i am newly ca in practice. i received a aasingment for pvt campany audit and income tax audit, am i done borh, whose permission letter required for this audit

Yes, You Can Accept both the assignments. And, you are required to obtain an Engagement letter from the Co. & NOC from Previous Auditor.

28-May-2014 , 04:10:03 pmif you are not an first Auditor then you need to take permission of previos auditore as per professional ethics issued by ICAI. and appointment letter from Company.
