Q. > Please Help: Retirement & Resignation
Respected Sir,
Kindly resolve my following doubts :-
2.Is there any time boundation for other existing partner of firm to reply to objection raised by retiring partner. IF The mail was sent by institute on 01.01.2014 to other partners?
3.With respect to resignation of full time employee is form 18 required to be submitted by the firm or mere letter of resignation by employee to the institute is sufficent?
